Quarterbacks
Two quarterbacks, Brock Purdy of the 49ers and Kenny Pickett of the Steelers emerged as risers in the past two weeks, with Purdy’s ADP rising by 6.9 and Pickett’s by 4.1. This is due to positive news about Purdy’s recovery and his leadership in the clubhouse, while Pickett’s ADP spike was caused by Allen Robinson’s endorsement of the second-year quarterback via the Steelers’ OTA Blog on May 25th.
On the other hand, Jimmy Garoppolo of the Raiders and Kyler Murray of the Cardinals had the most significant drops in ADP over the past two weeks, Garoppolo’s ADP falling by 22.6 and Murray’s by 20.0, due to Garoppolo’s foot surgery and the uncertainty surrounding Murray’s recovery from ACL surgery and the loss of DeAndre Hopkins from the Arizona roster.
Running Backs
Jerome Ford of the Browns, Tank Bigsby of the Jaguars, and Jaylen Warren of the Steelers saw significant spikes in their ADP over the past two weeks. Ford rose by 23.3, while Bigsby rose by 15.8 and Warren spiked by 9.1. Ford’s ADP shift was caused by his colossal workload opportunity with 165 touches (9th most) available in the Cleveland offense, as Nick Chubb’s backup. Bigsby’s increase in ADP was related to Travis Etienne’s claim that he will get less work in 2023 for the Jaguars, which could provide Bigsby with the opportunity to back him up. Finally, Warren caught fantasy football players’ attention by showing up at the OTAs looking jacked and ready to go and is an excellent late-round pick with standalone value in the Steelers’ offense.
Chase Brown of the Bengals, Ezekiel Elliott who is currently a free agent, and Isiah Pacheco of the Chiefs are notable fallers, with their ADP falling by 7.9, 7.4, and 6.1, respectively. Brown’s injury combined with the presence of Mixon in the RB mix, Elliott’s unknown future, and Isiah Pacheco’s injury have contributed to their ADP decline.
Wide Receivers
The most significant risers among wide receivers over the past two weeks were Rondale Moore and Marquise Brown of the Cardinals, with their ADP rising by
