Severe Thunderstorm Warning Alert for Berks County
A severe thunderstorm warning alert has been issued by the National Weather Service Philadelphia – Mount Holly bureau for southeastern Berks County until 5 p.m. this evening. The warning comes after a severe thunderstorm was located over Reading, moving southeast at 25 mph. Radar readings indicate that the storm includes 60-mph wind gusts and quarter-sized hail.
