The Downtown Windsor Business Improvement Association (DWBIA) has announced an exciting new project that aims to enhance community engagement and revitalize a vacant piece of property in downtown Windsor. The project will see 200 tonnes of sand brought in over the next two weeks to create the volleyball court, with the intention of hosting the Beach Bash Tournament in downtown Windsor.
